Sewer/Storm Concerns

For sewer and storm concerns and issues, including recurring situations, you may complete the form as requested. This information will be forwarded to the appropriate village representatives including the Department of Public Works.

For sewer or storm emergencies, you may contact the Department of Public Works at (716) 683-1028 between the hours of 7:30am – 4:00pm from Monday through Friday. If an emergency occurs after hours, or on a weekend or holiday, please contact the Police Department at (716) 683-2800 for assistance. They will contact a DPW employee to address the situation as deemed necessary.
