If there is a streetlight out in your neighborhood, please report it to us by completing and submitting the form below. It’s important you provide the:

Pole number (Wood poles will have a Village ID Tag on the street side of the pole showing the ID number. Decorative fixtures will have a label confirming that the pole and fixture are a Village owned streetlight)”
