Planning Commission

The Planning Commission meets by appointment only. All Site Plan Applications and Change of Use Applications need to be submitted with a $150 payment to the Building Department in the Lancaster Town Hall at 21 Central Avenue, no later than 20 days prior to the meeting, The Planning Commission will meet, as needed, on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the Lancaster Municipal Building. All Planning Commission meetings are open to the public.
