NYSEG will be completing routine utility tree trimming in several areas of the Village in summer 2026.
Utility pruning is necessary to maintain a safe and reliable electric service. It helps:

We understand how important our trees are to the character and beauty of the Village. Following the pruning work, the Village will conduct post-pruning inspections to assess tree health. If any concerns are identified, the Village will determine and implement appropriate follow-up actions.
