Tree Maintenance and Planting Request Form

This request is only for village trees between the sidewalk and the curb in municipal right of way.

An inspection of the tree and/or planting area by the Village Arborist and Forestry Team is required before any maintenance or planting decisions are made.

Please note the Village cannot support maintenance or planting requests on the following streets: Aurora St, Como Park Blvd, Walden Ave, or Broadway.

• If a resident lives on Aurora St or Como Park Blvd, please call the Erie County Dept of Public Works at (716) 858-8300.
• If a resident lives on Broadway or Walden Ave, please call the NYSDOT Region 5 Office at (716) 847-3238.
