NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO BE HELD MONDAY MARCH 27, 2023
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE; That the Village of Lancaster Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Lancaster Municipal Building, 5423 Broadway, Lancaster, New York on Monday, March 27, 2023, at 7:15 PM to consider the following:
Amendments to the Village Zoning Code, Chapter 350, specifically the adoption of Design Standards for newly created mixed use zoning districts in the Central Business District of the Village of Lancaster to replace the existing sub districts – Traditional CBD Zone, New Development Zone, and High Rise Zone.
